8.0El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene de todo lo necesario, cocina completa tanto de electrodomésticos como de menaje, baño, salón y dormitorio. Está muy bien situado en el barrio de Salamanca con dos paradas de metro muy cercanas y tiendas de todo tipo para comprar pan, desayunar (justo al lado del portal), supermercados, tiendas ropa... También muy cerca del Movistar Arena y del Teatro Alcalá
− El aire acondicionado o no supimos ponerlo o no funcionaba bien porque calentaba solo a ratos
