This was a perfect experience! The host was kind and very clear with all communication, ensuring a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable and incredibly well-equipped with all the necessities. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

Flexible time check in

− Just a bit confused if cover on bed was a top sheet or towel, just culture difference, as it was a large terry toweling sheet. We then found towels in the cupboard. We had to buy a Japanese PowerPoint plug as the Asian and European ones we had didn’t fit. Nothing really to complain about, we just shouldn’t been better prepared.

快適に過ごすことができました オーナーさんがメッセージの質問にもすぐ対応して下さり、本当に感謝です 駐車場もあり、愛犬の追加料金もなく、とても助かりました

− お部屋を退室する際、鍵をロックする仕方がわからなくて、戸惑いました こうかな？と、やってみて、ロックがかかったので、良かったです
