10.0We spent 3 nights at the apartment during our family trip in Madrid. Everything looks just like in the pictures - very spacious and comfortable. Our check in was kind of complicated because the electronic locker didn't work but the support team fixed that even during the night. We were also compensated about the inconvenience caused with a refund of that first night. The apartment is in a really quiet area but also close to the city center. I would highly recommend the apartment itself.

− Mold on the ceilings and in showers. No windows. Lacks basic kitchen amenities like salt. Pans are worn out, knives are dull.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
