10.0C’était mieux que ce à quoi on s’attendait. Nous sommes sincèrement ravie de ce séjour, nous avons loué deux appartements communiquant via une porte qui se ferme. Les deux logements comportaient 2 lits 1,5 place confortable, un frigo, une douche et une baignoire. L’emplacement était idéal à 1h à pied de Shinjuku, 20 minutes en transport, un métro était à 10 minutes à pied et un arrêt de bus à 3 minutes à pied. Des petits supermarché comme Family Mart et 7 Eleven était à proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié et reviendrons ici lors de futur voyage. L’hôte est très réactif et d’une grande sympathie. Je recommande sans hésiter, c’est le meilleur logement que j’ai eu lors de mes voyages. Merci beaucoup

8.0Die Lage war seht gut. 1 Minute zu Fuß bis zur Bushaltestelle für die Linien 32, 33 nach Shinjuku (ca. 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Die Ausstattung der beiden Zimmer hatte alles. Waschmaschinen mit Waschtabletten, Kühlschränke, 2 kleine Küchenzeilen, Kaffe und Teebeutel, gute Badezimmer mit auch Schampons und Duschgels, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen usw. Ruhige Lage, sodass man auch abends gut schlafen konnte. Sehr gute Kommunikation des Besitzers und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe (Briefkasten). Sehr empfehlenswert.
− Die Betten (Matratzen) und Kissen könnten bald erneuert werden. Die 2 Zimmer waren für 6 Personen und 6 Koffer gerade mal ausreichend vom Platz her um sich drinnen zu bewegen.

10.0This was a perfect location to stay for intermediate travelers! I'd recommend anyone who travels here be comfortable using the bus or be prepared to walk several minutes to the station. I found the beds comfortable, and the amount of space in the rooms felt very standard for Tokyo.

10.0Pulizia eccezionale, buona posizione, fermata del bus a soli 2 minuti a piedi con la quale si può raggiungere la stazione della metro in pochi minuti. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con il letto e lo staff è stato disponibilissimo e velocissimo a risolvere il problema. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort necessari, compreso cucinino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto assolutamente perfetto. 😁
