Bastante bien todo en general

Spacious apartment. Limited hanging space

The apartment was very spacious, with enough bedding space for 5 people (two double beds and a single bed), with fridge, freezer, some cooking space, shower, toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

− There was limited amount of hanging space (one small hanging rack) but no hangers for the wet towels which is a main limitation. As mentioned in the description there are some few steps (half a floor) from the entrance until the elevator is reached. The outside of the building looks a bit worn, but the inside of the house is kept up to date. There was a lot of description about how to separate the rubbish but no guidance about where to dispose it. While it is in a very handy neighborhood for travel inside and outside of Tokyo, be aware the two subway stations are about 7-12 minutes walking which can be a limitation for people with reduced mobility in addition to the few stairs before the elevator.

The location was really good in my opinion. The house owner spoke English and checking-in and checking-out was straightforward. My favourite was the dimming lights feature which gave an extra cozy vibe.

− The bed wasn't fully cleaned properly, there were small fabric bits and human hair on it before we even slept on it.
