if the location is not important I would defiantly advise to stay in this fantastic flat.

Everything was perfect. we did really enjoyed staying in that flat. I would stay again in my next trip.

Some issues but great value and a comfortable stay

Staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the apartment (Bajo F) was wonderfully spacious. Excellent shower, great pressure and loved the rain shower feature. Fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances incl. a smart TV, fully furnished with a large table, comfortable couch and armchairs. Two metro stations equidistant from the flat (San Lorenzo/Parque de Santa María) about 40 mins from the heart of the city centre, plenty of nearby supermarkets and two large shopping centers (Carrefour and Palacio de Hielo).

− Check-in was fine but the apartment entrance is hard to locate even with instructions. For anyone staying at flat E or F, you need to go around the back of the building and the entrance is on the left. The WiFi was very slow and unstable quite frequently, but didn't seem to affect the smart TV too badly, management may need to look into new equipment or a wifi repeater? The bathroom lights flicker giving a strobe effect to your time spent there (would not recommend for anyone with sensitivity to flashing lights). We reported it twice and while the repair worked for a short time, the flickering recurred within an hour. We gave up and used the small, dim shaving light instead. The bed is a bit too firm but that may just be a preference and there are ceiling fans instead of A.C. so might get quite hot in the summer months. Cannot receive mail as postal workers cannot access the letterbox. Didn't affect us but worth noting.

Comfortable, convenient, and a truly lovely space to stay.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The metro & supermarkets were conveniently up the street. The flat has a comfortable couch & beds. We enjoyed our subscriptions on the smart TV. There’s nice views of trees out the windows. It’s a lovely space.

− I had to purchase a few kitchen supplies: Tupperware, baking dish, measuring cup, towels, dish soap.
