Top gelegen verblijf met een vriendelijke host, maar helaas vijf dagen zonder werkende koelkast en vriezer.

De accommodatie was top gelegen, met het strand op loopafstand. Er zijn een paar kleine supermarktjes erg dichtbij waar je makkelijk boodschapjes kunt doen. Het was een veilige buurt waar je ‘s avonds ook gerust nog buiten kon rondlopen. Ook was de host erg aardig en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf. Erg fijn dat er ook parasols en strand artikelen aanwezig waren.

− Er staat duidelijk aangegeven dat de appartement geen airco bevat, maar bedenk toch dat het heel erg warm wordt met 6 mensen in het hoogseizoen. Er is maar 1 slaapkamer met een buitenraam, en de ventilatoren werken tot op zekere hoogte. Daarnaast ondervonden wij het probleem dat na de eerste dag de koelkast het niet meer deed. De host reageerde snel op ons probleem, maar dit kon niet optijd opgelost worden voor tijdens ons bezoek. Dit betekend dat wij ruim 5 dagen zonder werkende koelkast en vriezer hebben gezeten, wat met het warme weer in Barcelona echt een probleem was. Er werd excuses aangeboden door de host, maar zijn verder niet op een manier gecompenseerd hiervoor.

Flat is bigger than looks like we were 7 and accommodated us perfectly, breakfast was ok missing more juice kkk, host was very attentive, location is 2 blocks from the sea, very well located and easy access, super safe as well. Very nice experience! Highly recommended

This was my worst accommodation experience in Spain. I have already provided video screenshots and photos to Booking.com and uploaded them in my review. We booked this property for six people for three nights, but it is not suitable for six people. At most, it can accommodate four people. Please make sure to read my review carefully; it will be very helpful for you. If Booking.com hides my review, I will keep filing complaints. My only aim is to provide the most authentic experience for you. Here are the reasons: 1. The property is semi-basement and one floor above ground. There are three rooms, but only one room on the higher floor has a window. The other two rooms are problematic: one is on the upper floor but is very small, has no windows, and cannot even fully open a 26-inch suitcase. The other room is in the semi-basement, with a window that is difficult to open and leaks cold air. 2. None of the rooms have air conditioning. Although there are heating devices, it was still very cold. Three of us caught colds after staying one night. 3. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small space, allowing only one person to enter at a time. 4. The water heater for the shower only provides hot water for 15 minutes, and it takes at least 30 minutes to heat up again. 5. The price of this property is similar to nearby hotels, but it does not offer the advantages of a vacation rental. For example, there is only a small frying pan, making it hard for you and your friends to eat together, let alone have a gathering. 6. The bed linens and covers were not clean—they appeared to be privately used, not the standard white ones you’d expect from a hotel. We found unidentified hair and stains that couldn’t be washed out. The towels also had male hair on them. 7. The provided breakfast included bread, milk, and drinks. However, after tasting the milk and juice, we decided to purchase additional groceries from a supermarket.
