8.0Les salles de bains très propres. Les chambres très soignées. La propreté de l appartement. Les lumières. L emplacement.
− Pas de miroir dans les chambres. Pas de matériel pour égoutter les pâtes ou les fruits. Manque de produit pour nettoyer la salle de bain. Pas de porte savon. Je n ai pas apprécié que la propriétaire m accuse d avoir emporter des serviettes de bain et des assiettes. Manque de tact dans son approche.

Queremos agradecer especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que ha sido excelente tanto durante nuestra estancia como después de ella, siempre amable y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. El apartamento estaba genial, muy bien equipado y con un montón de cosas útiles que hicieron la estancia mucho más cómoda. Además, a pesar del calor que hacía en el exterior, dentro del apartamento no hemos pasado absolutamente nada de calor. La ubicación también nos ha parecido muy buena: está muy bien comunicado, muy cerca del metro y con mucha facilidad para pedir taxis desde allí. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
Hidden gem in Madrid
10.0Fantastic apartment less than 30 minutes from Madrid city centre. The flat is very spacious, extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms are located under ground floor level, which makes them cool, even when it is 38 celsius outside. There is air conditioning in the living room, which was a godsend as we had very high temperatures the 4 days we spent in Madrid. Ibby, the landlady, is also extremely kind and thoughtful, and she checked in with us regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. From her welcome snacks to her recommendations, she was nothing short of amazing. I must admit that I was slightly doubtful when I booked the flat as it seemed too good to be true, but this is not a scam, it is a hidden gem tucked away from the city centre, in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very close to shops and greengrocers as well as a pharmacy and restaurants, so everything we needed we found just 5 a minutes walk away.
