Spacious, fantastic location
10.0Great communication from the start. Being so large for our family of 5 made it perfect, 2 toilets and showers. Fantastic location, we walked into Shinjuku easily and Higashi-shinjuku tube very close. Convenience stores very close by too. Area felt very safe and peaceful. Beds very comfortable.

9.0Great location, the house was clean, lots of restaurants surround it.
− For us the house was cold during winter, so heater on was a must. The heater in the dining area couldn't be turn on at the same time with the bedroom on the same floor.
