9.0El departamento es 10/10. No hay nada que mejorar o cambiar, quizás revisar el repetidor de internet de la habitación porque no funciona correctamente.
− La atención en la entrega de la llave fue mala, estuve más de 1 hr yendo por distintos lugares para que me la dieran. Un día de 38 grados de temperatura. Pase por un locker y una oficina, nadie se acercó a entregármela. Un departamento de este nivel debería tener un servicio acorde.

− We couldnt get the electric stove to work and we couldnt find the trash can. We write several times, but they didnt answer us
Madrid in pieno centro!
8.0L’appartamento è molto bello e situato in un’ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Madrid a due passi dalla fermata della metro e dei bus. Dispone di tre camere, di cui una suite con bagno privato. I due bagni sono molto spaziosi e la casa è comoda anche per 5 persone. La cucina è ben attrezzata, con penisola a induzione e numerosi elettrodomestici che permettono di cucinare facilmente. Inoltre, ci sono diversi balconcini che affacciano sia sulla via principale sia sulla corte interna. L’arredamento è curato e di gusto. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri!
− Da migliorare la comunicazione con la struttura, che non è stata sempre semplice. Inoltre, consiglio di prestare attenzione agli orari del check-in, che risultano piuttosto limitati.
