La habitación es amplia y el baño también. La ducha y el agua caliente geniales. La cama amplia y cómoda. El piso está reformado recientemente y está todo muy nuevecito (cocina, baño, etc.)

− El sofá es demasiado pequeño e incómodo. Los ventanales dan a un patio interior con poca luz y con ventanas de otros apartamentos, con lo cual si quieres privacidad, tienes que estar con las cortinas cerradas y luz artificial. Tuvimos un problema con la cafetera que no se solucionó a tiempo, pero bueno, al menos aunque tarde, se solucionó...

Phenomenal location, but a few inexpensive upgrades could make this 10/10.

Phenomenal location in central Madrid. Nice, large space. Great shower. Enough soap and towels for one week. Team very responsive over WhatsApp (usually a reply within 10 minutes). Good amount of clothing hangers. Kitchen facilities looked good (but I never used them).

− Limited WiFi in bedroom. Sheets had brown stains. Sink doesn’t drain well. Toilet doesn’t flush well. Pillows are paper thin. Walls are very thin (so can hear everything the neighbours say). Had issue with access code on arrival and needed to call team. Asked for slightly late checkout and was given no flexibility (and was told it was because cleaners were coming at 11am but I waited outside for a long time and no cleaners came). No real mirrors other than in bathroom.
