Stressful and terminated

We did not actually get to the apt. Our emails were in Spanish although I requested English. My fault for not understanding that I needed to tell the staff of a check in time I thought the three ocolock in the email was understood by both parties. Unfortunately our trains and buses from France were also stressful and we arrived late at night . The telephone and email communication was poor. We finally got an after hour service on the phone that somehow talked us through finding the address and ope ing the front door. We had to deal with an aggressive beggar and no lights and rotten floorboards. We felt scared and although the after hours help was calm the Spanglish on both parties was stressful. He could not help us open the lock box and after two hours of fright, he offered for someone to come and open the property for inspection a half an hour. Something I had asked for two hours earlier. It was now 1:30 the next morning we were exhausted and past patience. We canceled our stay. Unfortunately it took us a long time to find another accommodation and had to move a couple of times during our stay.

El loft es tal cual las fotos. Muy moderno, bien armado, cómodo para 2 personas (nosotros éramos 2 y mi hija de 2 años, todas las noches cocinabamos la cena y a veces era un poco incomodo por el espacio reducido). El baño es muy amplio y refaccionando a nuevo. Se nota que están atentos a la comodidad. Buena heladera. Con cocina, microondas y horno. Raul muy amable. No tuvimos ruidos molestos de vecinos. Estás cerca de todo, nos movíamos caminando.

− Es una verdadera lástima que el edificio no acompañe todo lo bueno ya que no es un espacio muy agradable. La entrada estaba en reparación, complicado para entrar. No tiene luz natural y da al pulmón del edificio, como es planta baja no ingresa nada de luz. Pero tiene dos ventanas (en cama y baño). A veces se sienten olores que entiendo sin propios del edificio como de desagüe. Algo importante a tener en cuenta es que para las instrucciones de check in necesitas si o si tener señal en tu movil porque debes ingresar a un link al momento de estar en la puerta (yo tuve que ir a comprarme un chip ni bien llegué).

La ubicación

Ubicación perfecta, pero la instalación es malísima para el precio que tiene

Estaba bastante limpio todo, el espacio es como en las fotos, la ubicación es muy buena, tiene todo muy completo y muchas cosas a mano.

− El alojamiento deja mucho que desear el lugar donde está ubicado respecto al edificio, vecinos con música a todo volumen, ruidos en las escaleras, gritos….. si te cuesta dormir no es un buen sitio para ir, incluso dentro del apartamento hay muchas luces súper incómodas que no te dejan dormir, las paredes son un ABSOLUTO folio, se escucha todo lo que está fuera y es como si no tuvieses privacidad, una auténtica pena.

Great location, both Lavapiés and Anton Martín metro stations were really nearby with was really convenient, small unit but has very much everything you’ll need
