위치가 역근처이고 걸어서 마요르 광장까지 가기 좋습니다. 화장실이 3개라 4가족이 사용하기 충분함.

− 와이파이가 2층에사는 잘 안됨.

Overly priced with all basic of appartment-hotel missing. Should not be on Booking.com but on Airbnb only !

Actually nothing very special except metro and grocery shops.

− Highly priced to the quality and size (I assume it is 60 sq mt with both floors) . Many things are not worth for money you spend. Small rooms. For examples - bed is terrible. 4th bed is to bring out but they didn’t aligned with so it’s actually 1 double bed, one single bed and one mattress or be prepared to sleep on sofa if you are 4 - single bed room - if you close the room door, you get whistling sound of air conditioner duct so you should keep room door little open. -some special smell from outside it seems. - limited supply of tea, coffee, toiletries etc you are there for one night. Qty not adjusted for 4 days - it’s like Airbnb and not apartment hotel. No cleaning during the day. - pay attention to late check in charges.

− Baños extremadamente pequeños, en múltiples ocasiones se sintió olor fétido sobre todo en el segundo piso.

We loved the location and the apartment with quality furnishings, kitchen equipment, beddings etc

− If I would say one thing then maybe more complimentary seasoning items in the kitchen.
