− AC did not work though out the two nights we spent there. Temperature was at 26C and property did not care to fix the issue. Shower drain did not worked as it should…nasty!

ممتاز ولكنه مخيب للآمال للاسف
9.0أعجبني الفندق لقربه من السنتر وشارع غران فيا، وكذلك لمساحة الشقة الكبيرة، مما يجعله مناسبًا من حيث الموقع والراحة والخصوصية.
− لم يعجبني تعامل الفندق في بداية الحجز، حيث كانوا متعنتين في تعديل أو إلغاء الحجز رغم وجود ظرف خارج عن إرادتي يتعلق بتقديم الامتحانات الدراسية في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد حاولت معهم عدة مرات، إلا أنهم رفضوا بشكل قاطع حتى تعديل فترة الإقامة، رغم موافقة منصة بوكينغ، مما اضطرني لتغيير حجوزات الطيران بما يتوافق مع مواعيد الامتحانات، ومغادرة الفندق قبل موعد انتهاء الحجز بليلتين، وهو ما سبب لي خسائر مالية. كما أن موقع الفندق لم يكن مناسبًا للعائلات، حيث كانت المنطقة غير هادئة وتوجد فيها تجمعات وسلوكيات غير ملائمة، إضافة إلى ارتفاع الأصوات حتى ساعات متأخرة من الليل مما سبب إزعاجًا وقلقًا للأسرة. وأيضًا لوحظ وجود كسر في عصا التحكم الخاصة بدش الاستحمام، ومع ذلك أصر الفندق على عدم وجود أي خلل فيها.
