10.0Buona posiziona a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città, metro vicinissima e strade con servizi utili. Appartamento con aria condizionata, caffè in capsule offerto e tutto il necessario per soggiornare senza stress. Indicazioni chiare con un video illustrativo con tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in custodia in portineria dopo il checkout.

− El sofá cama para dormir a dos personas adicionales. Es un poco incómodo porque es bastante duro sin embargo, el espacio y el tamaño nos pareció muy bueno.

− El aire acondicionado a veces se paraba, yo ubicaría de baño de otra manera para que la puerta de este no estuviera dentro de la habitación, sino en el pasillo.

8.0Die Lage und Aussicht sind einfach bestechend gut. Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die perfekte Wohnung um Madrid zu erkunden und zu erleben.
− Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas lieblos gestaltet, was aber vermutlich daran liegt, dass hier viel Fluktuation stattfindet und leider eben auch viele Gäste nicht immer sorgsam mit den Sachen umgehen. Das ist aber kein wirkliches Manko der Wohnung, sondern letztlich Geschmackssache.
