Cheap and convinient but you get what you pay for
5.0Tatami and futons inside big apartment (for Tokyo) for a nice price in Tokyo. Good location with good connections in and out of Tokyo. Supermarket on the way from train to apartment. CoCo family restaurant just a few steps away.
− Bothersome water heaters. Ongoing construction with bad insulation. Dented kitchen floor. Kitchen wall tapestry peeling off where utensils are hanging. A bit broken wardrobe doors.

− 電池切れのため風呂釜が、初日使えませんでしたが、2日目には電池をこちらで交換して利用できました。 また風呂釜の使用法が、少し分かりにくかっです。

1.0nothing it’s totally disaster
− First of all, the shower was extremely difficult to use. The water heater was decades old, and it took a long time just to get hot water. Even when hot water finally came out, the water pressure was unbelievably weak. The air conditioner was full of mold, the doors were dirty, and the toilet could not be opened from the inside. Although our stay was for two nights and three days, only one roll of toilet paper was provided. After a long and exhausting trip, I really wanted to take a shower and refresh myself, but this situation made it very disappointing.

Charming family apartment with great location.
10.0The location is amazing as it is close to the station and many convenience stores. The landlord left instructions on how to use every device in the apartment. There was extra bedding and towels plus shampoo, conditioner and soap and a washing machine. This made our life so much easier.
