8.0Central location, close to points of interest, supermarkets and gym. Well furnished, felt relatively new. Ample space. Good to have 2 bathrooms.
− Must use an app to open and close doors. It is not friendly. It is noisy in the mornings since the building is in a main busy street We were not given instructions to connect to wifi. We had to call and it took some time. Staff at For You Rentals was friendly and helpful however they take long to respond. Via WhatsApp it can take days, over the phone I had to insist 3 times before the picked up. Having said that, once in contact Yadira was quick to respond and resolve the issues.
Disappointed!!!!

− No hot water for two days & no response from the host when contacted. Check in was cumbersome.

10.0The place is really central, within walking distance to many attractions in Madrid. It is quiet, comfortable and close to supermarket. Kitchen is well equipped, allowing us to cook breakfast at home before heading out.
− Most places that have kitchens would provide the basics like salt, pepper and oil. In this place there wasn't anything. No big deal, though!

6.0La disposizione delle stanze e l’arredo dell’appartamento sono molto gradevoli e funzionali. In bagno ho trovato un buon prodotto e in generale c’era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole
− La comunicazione tramite Booking non è stata efficace: alle mie domande (ad esempio sul deposito bagagli o sulla possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato) non ricevevo risposta. La situazione si è risolta solo quando mi è stato fornito il contatto WhatsApp dell’assistenza. Il check-in è stato piuttosto pesante: continuavo a ricevere notifiche che non avevo completato il check-in, anche se in realtà era tutto in regola. Infine, per quanto riguarda la pulizia dell’appartamento, sarebbe necessario prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli

4.0− Aucun accueil , la sdb sans eau , la fenêtre de la chambre qui ne s’ouvre pas , pas possible d avoir quelqu’un pour la maintenance , aucun ménage ni changement de draps pendant le séjour .
