9.0Great location close to Shinjuku but in a quiet area near a park. Plus it's above the Bam Bi coffee shop which does great pancakes. Beds all comfortable and kitchen area good for a short stay. Good aircon!
− It's a small apartment so not much space for sitting around, but perfectly adequate as we were out all day.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.
10.0We stayed here for three nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. The flat was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a huge advantage when traveling with children.

10.0Loved this beautiful home feeling large three bedroom. We ended our two weeks trip to Japan here and absolutely loved this space and location. We walked to the municiple bldg and saw the nightly light show on the bldg. A must see. So many great local and wondwrful restaurants, shops, and train stations nearby too. Must stay again!!!

Solid choice for a stay.
7.0It was comfortable for 4 adults and unit was clean. It took me a few days to orient to the location, but once I did it was solid.
− I didn’t love the location bc there are not many good food, tea, etc options very close by. Had to metro for everything. I did not know enough about Tokyo yet to optimize location for my priorities.
