− 주변의 유흥업소가 있어서 어린자녀와 함께 지내기엔 다소 아쉬움이 있고, 주차공간이 없는것도 조금 아쉬운 점 입니다.

8.0有廚房可以準備早餐跟晚餐很棒，附近也有便利商店跟超市採買。走到池袋站大概10分鐘，很方便。 客廳有地暖，坐在地上可以很舒服。 浴室洗澡空間很大，洗手間有兩間，也可以洗衣服曬衣服，很棒。
− 一樓房間的窗簾很透，也不夠長，所以半夜會被門口的路燈直射眼睛，早上也會被太陽亮醒，有點睡不好。一樓隔音不大好，走路經過的人講話或者推車的聲音很明顯。

10.0This was my first stay in Tokyo and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was incredibly clean and well organized, with plenty of room for 3 people and more. The kitchen comes with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was a highlight for me, with various showering/bathing modes that take showering to a new level. The house also comes with a couple terraces that are great for a sunny day. The surrounding area is also a great plus, with plenty of restaurants, malls, 24/7 stores, etc. The Ikebukuro station is a short walk away and just a few stops from Shinjuku/Shibuya. Finally, the host was attentive and responsive to all our inquiries. Highly recommended!
