3.0The location is convenient if you want to stay near Shinjuku nightlife and have access to several metro lines. Bars, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, and the area is well connected.
− Cleanliness was far below expectations. We found food residue under the bed, hair, used earplugs, and dust that had clearly accumulated for months behind the fridge and the headboard. Even after removing part of the visible dirt ourselves, it was clear that no deep cleaning is done between guests. Comfort and equipment were also disappointing: only one very small towel per person, an very uncomfortable old big spring mattress, and only one thin pillow instead of what is shown in the photos. Light and noise insulation are poor (non–blackout curtains and an h24 open ventilation grid facing the street), making it difficult to sleep and maintain a stable temperature. We also noticed safety issues, such as appliances without proper grounding, including the microwave. Finally, communication with the host was extremely difficult, and support was nearly impossible to obtain.
