4.0Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar neben der Metro-Station Bogatell (L 4). Mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist die Wohnung groß genug für Familien.
− Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt! An den Badmöbeln löste sich das Furnier und die Schublade schloss nicht richtig. Klorollenhalter war abgebrochen, ebenso die Ecke der Duschabtrennung. Es gab nur einen (!) Teelöffel. Die Wohnung roch unangenehm und ist sehr dunkel. Die Fenster von Küche/Wohnraum und von einem Schlafzimmer gehen zum Fahrstuhlschacht und sind abgehängt. Nur zwei außenliegende Schlafzimmer haben Fenster zur Straße. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wird viel gebaut, so dass man entsprechend früh von Baulärm geweckt wurde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht! "Direkt am Meer" ist etwas übertrieben, da man schon gut 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch vor sich hat bis zum Strand Nova Icária.
