10.0We loved the location and the house itself - especially the bath which was a treat at the end of each long day of walking!
− We needed to be careful on the stairs as they were much more steep and narrow compared to what we're used to.
Nice property to stay at in a quiet Tokyo suburb
9.0Clean and well presented property with all the appliances needed for a family stay. The location is good, 10 minutes walking distance to the Otsuka station . But it is a 30 minute train ride to the more popular tourist areas of Ginza and Shinjuka. Lots of amenities and supplies in the house which is great.
− Need some practice for driving in this area in the narrow streets often one way. Need to plan pickups, drop offs and car parking if having a hire car. Lots of stairs which are not unexpected in the small Tokyo properties but will be going up and down between the 3 floors fairly frequently.

10.0The house was in a beautiful and calm location close to a shotengai and the station. At night it was quiet. The rooms and beds where amazing and everything was super clean!

10.0Everything was amazing, the host was very helpful, the amenities were plenty. The house is a short walk away from the train station, both Otsuka and Sugamo so it was very convenient.
