10.0The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to most points of interest in Madrid and lots of restaurants and places for shopping. Beds are comfortable even the the mattress in the sofa bed and great AC to survive the hot summer days in Madrid and as an added note the water pressure was great
− Everything was great, the property is very basic and the building is old but it has just what’s needed for a comfortable stay

6.0Very good location, walking distance to a number of different spots in the city. Flat is big and has good space, shower is also very good.
− Although flat is for 4 people, there are only 3 chair in the table. Flat is big but very empty in terms of furniture, and has a lot of signs of wear, not very clean as you can see the dirty marks on the floor. Nothing is available in the kitchen apart from the kitchen utensils (ie no tea towel).
