− Pulizia zero ho trovato formiche nella parte della cucina chiamati cento volte è venuto solo un signore che non hà risolto il problema e ho dovuto pulire di continuo non ho avuto neanche l'assistenza da booking una vergogna
Piso pequeño y acogedor con una ubicación excepcional en el centro de Madrid.
8.0Primero que todo la ubicación, que es excepcional, segundo es un piso muy acogedor sin ruidos del exterior ja que era interior. Tenia todas las comodidades, nevera, lavadora, microondas, tv....
− El colchón horrible, tenia una parte hundida y era super incomodo. URGENTE QUE SUSTITUYAN EL COLCHON POR UNO NUEVO.

− No me enviaron los códigos para poder entrar y estuve 1 hora llamando y no me lo cojieron. Tuve que ir a la oficina y la responsable me trato con mucha soberbia.. Había notables desperfectos en el parquet y suelo ducha. La cama tambien presentaba diversos desperfectos. Falta un buen mantenimiento y que los que lo gestionan hagan bien su trabajo. No fuimos los únicos que no se le envio los códigos para poder acceder.

La ubicación es la clave
10.0Definitivamente, la ubicación es su fuerte, queda frente a una salida del metro de estación sol, puedes llegar a todos lados caminando o en metro, tiene supermercado y muchas tiendas al rededor. Si tienes un itinererario con espacios muertos, simplemente vas a relajarte al depa unos minutos y continuas explorando la cuidad.
− Eñ proceso de check in era complicado, lei varios comentarios diciendo lo mismo por lo que estaba preparada mentanlmente, pero aun asi se complico por la falta de claridad en las instrucciones, es una aplocacion externa que deber instalar y llega al correo toda la info pero con un nombre extraño como titulo (por lo que en lo perdonal crei que era spam o estafa) pero cuando me comunique con el perosnal todo quedo mas claro
