− 1. AC was working pretty bad, loud and completly unefficient, big "minus" here as apartament was a hot as furmance. It's Madrid 40C outside! 2. Stinky garbage cans out of the windows, no way to keep the windows open, basically just in front od the entrance. 3. The apartament is located on the floor zero, ex service/store/warehouse space, gives no comfort or discrecy it's not a regular flat. 3. Dark inside, you need to turn the light on event during day time. 4. Oh i forgot, waste removal takes place at 11pm, have fun 5 Precise address was different then booking details.

6.0Comedor con cocina office amplio, cama auxiliar del dormitorio principal bien, televisión de buenas pulgadas y Elena muy rápida en contestar.
− Habían bichitos, cuquis, en la ducha, aire acondicionado insuficiente y muy ruidoso (pingüino), pasamos calor y no se podían abrir ventanas porque en la puerta hay varios contenedores apenas a un metro de las ventanas. La cama de matrimonio muy baja. Los cuartos de baño se podrian mejorar.
Buena experiencia en Madrid
8.0La anfitriona estuvo atenta en todo momento y el apartamento es muy acogedor. No esperes un apartamento al uso, si no que se trata de un local habilitado como vivienda. Lo tiene muy bien decorado y es muy cómodo.
− El aire acondicionado es un pingüino y puede pecar de hacer mucho ruido, por la noche es mejor apagarlo. Pero no es algo muy negativo.

10.0Es súper bonito y amplio, estaba muy organizado y limpio, la localización es muy buena, La comunicación con Elena eficaz, de volver a Madrid sin duda regresaría aquí. Así que 1000 de 10

6.0Limpieza y electrodomésticos nuevos.
− Tienen un pingüino de aire acondicionado con un ruido infernal. De noche había que apagarlo porque era imposible dormir. La cama grande muy baja y el colchón se hundía. No te dejan entrar si no les pasas los DNI por whatssap y les haces una foto que estás en la puerta. Al irnos nos pasaron fotografías de una butaca quemada por plancha que nosotros no habíamos tocado. La chica fue amable y nos pidió disculpas. El barrio tranquilo y sin ruidos.
