10.0L’appartement était très propre, très bien placé, dans un quartier calme, et avec tout le nécessaire!
− Rien de particulier; si ce n’est la communication avec le loueur, via des messages automatiques.. et quelques difficultés pour entrer dans l’immeuble.

9.0Appartamento molto grazioso e funzionale, arredato con gusto in una palazzina di recente costruzione. Si trova in una zona ben servita a pochi minuti dal centro, con numerosi ristoranti e supermercati negli immediati dintorni.
− Mancano le tazzine del caffè, per il resto è perfetto.

10.0The apartment is modern, well-designed, well-equipped, secure, clean and comfortable. It is located close to markets and conveniences, restaurants and shops, and to public transport. The host is communicative and helpful.
− Very minor points - some mold is starting to build up in the corners of the shower area and the bathroom floor had some shoe marks in front of the toilet when I arrived. An extra floor mat in the apartment would have been useful.
