Esta muy bien Ubicado, el piso es muy bonito y cómodo.

− El baño huele un poco mal en ciertas ocasiones. No me ha gustado que se nos ha quedado algo de ropa en el apartamento cuando nos fuimos y no me dijeron nada. Tuve que preguntarles yo después de unos días que nos hemos dado cuenta y cuando hice el reclamo me dijeron que no sabían nada y me avisaban una vez supieran algo. Han pasado casi 10 días y no tengo respuesta. Me parece indelicado por parte de la empresa.

The apartment’s location is excellent, right in the center and close to many of the places you are likely planning to visit. Most of the famous sites are within a 20–30 minute walk. It also has all the amenities you could need and everything was in good working order. The Wi-Fi was also very reliable.

− We had a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Upon arrival, I noticed that the bathroom was not as clean as expected. I contacted the accommodation and they arranged for the cleaning service to come first thing the next morning, which I appreciated. However, it was still not the standard I had expected on arrival. I also found that some dishes had been left unwashed in the cupboard, likely by the previous guests. It would be helpful if the cleaning team could also check the kitchen items to ensure everything is clean and ready for the next guests. I appreciated that some basic kitchen supplies were provided, mainly for washing dishes, but the quantity was quite limited. Since we stayed for seven days, it would have been better to provide a larger amount of these essentials for a longer stay. The same applies to towels, we were given only one large and one small towel per person for the full week. For longer bookings, an extra set of towels would be very useful, as well as an additional set of bed sheets for changing during the stay. Another point to mention is that the apartment is located right next to the elevators, so we could hear the noise whenever the lifts were moving. It did not bother us too much, as we were usually out during the day and the activity was quieter at night, but some guests may find this distracting, so it is worth keeping in mind. One final thing, there is no bigger supermarket close by, you would need to walk ~20min to get to one. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and would consider returning in the future, although we would probably choose one of the other apartment options in the Colon Centre next time, mainly because of the location, the neighbourhood and the surroundings of the accommodation.

The apartment was very well decorated and comfortable for a couple. The location was great, walking distance from main attractions. It has a small kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a small bag with all the necessary cleaning tools. We would book it again if we return to Madrid!

− There was smell in the bathroom, maybe a problem in the building. To make life easier for guests there could be salt, pepper, vinager and oil. Beware when asking for an Uber, they find it hard to find the address. We were almost late for our flight because the location for the Uber car was not at the front door but about 2 blocks away.
