詐欺です。
1.0鍵が所定の場所になかったため、部屋に入れなかった。急遽別のホテルを探すはめになった。宿泊費の返金を要求します。
− 入館方法を問合せしても入室方法しか連絡をくれず、電話にも出なかった。マンションの住人に会えて、入館は何とか出来たが、鍵が案内通りに置かれておらず、詐欺としか思えなかった。このような悪質な業者を紹介され、強い怒りを覚えます。二度と御社のサービスは受けたくないです。騙し取られた宿泊費はどうしていただけるのでしょうか。

− Can be noisy with emergency services sirens at night. Whilst there's Internet it's very slow.

早く朝にならないかな…と不安でした。

− 歯ブラシや、クシなどのアメニティは無し。 バスタオルはあるけれど、タオルは無し。 セキュリティが、鍵とチェーンのみでしたので、不安でした。
