5.0− Δεν υπαρχουν σχαρες εισοδου και εξοδου αερα απο τα 2 υπνωδωματια δωματια με αποτελεσμα να μην κλιματιζονται αυτα απο τα δυο κοινοχρηστα aircoondition που υπαρχουν. Αποτελεσμα ζεστη στα υπνοδωματια.

10.0Una ubicación super buena, todo limpio y organizado.
− Las camas no son nada cómodas, ni las almohadas. Y fuera mejor si por lo menos dejaran bolsas para la basura ya que estuve semana y media y nosotros bajábamos la basura toda las noches ya que eramos 6. La lavadora que hay no es secadora a la vez eso sería un plus. Pero en general me gustó mucho el lugar.

1.0l'unico punto positivo è la zona in pieno centro
− Purtroppo l’esperienza in questo appartamento è stata decisamente negativa. Le tre camere da letto sono completamente PRIVE DI FINESTRE, un aspetto che non era adeguatamente evidenziato e che rende gli ambienti soffocanti e poco vivibili, soprattutto per più giorni. I materassi sono estremamente scomodi, vecchi e affossati: dormire bene è stato praticamente impossibile. Inoltre, il link fornito per l’accesso al portone di ingresso non funzionava, creando disagi già all’arrivo e facendo perdere tempo inutilmente. Un problema che, per una struttura che utilizza sistemi digitali di ingresso, è inaccettabile. Nel complesso, una sistemazione che non rispetta standard minimi di comfort e trasparenza. Non la consiglierei.
