10.0El piso mejor de los esperado, muy cómodo, tal cual las fotos y la descripción. Ubicación inmejorable si te gusta Malasaña, Chueca, centro en general.
− No le veo contras, tal vez si te cuestan las escaleras pero no es mi caso.
