Great location

− Was quite small, but ok for a short stay

Good value. Busy area, but didn't suffer from noise with windows closed. The room is simple and not spacious, which matched my expectations. The bathroom is small, but hey, it's Tokyo, don't expect king size toilet. Everything was well cleaned when we arrived and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. We had a small issue, but the staff was super quick to answer on WeChat.

− First impression was the elevator, corridors, and room etc was a little rough, but quickly got used to the place. The letterbox was repaired with aluminum foil and felt a little insecure since it almost fell off a few times, but I guess it will be fixed and feels like a minor detail, and I still recommend this place for people that seeks value for a good price.

− The balcony doors dont lock so unable to fully secure passports etc in the room. Property was very dingy and outdated especially outside in the hallway. Noise levels were horrible between the street and neighbours. Staff didn't communicate as soon as an issue was identified and refused a refund when we left without staying. Do not recommend, waste of money and not family friendly at all.

Brilliant location just around the corner from Golden Gai and close to stations

− The balcony could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom is very small but Japan apartments are never big so was expected
