Amazing place to stay in the bayside area of Miami, hotel is very modern. 10/10
10.0We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, views from the balcony were amazing, valet parking was very professional but 75$ is pricey, we loved the pool area on the 9th floor. We’d definitely recommend and would return again.

Charged for five nights of parking when I only used it for two!!
1.0− The hotel cheated me on the parking charges. Although my car was parked there for only two days (75 USD/day), the hotel charged my deposit for five days (375 USD) and, to this day, refuses to refund the money. When I requested a refund for the three days when I did not use the parking, they told me that I had to prove that I didn't use the parking, rather than them proving that my car was actually parked there. Of course, I provided evidence showing them invoice when my car rental ended, but I still have not received my refund. I am a foreign customer, and I feel that I was completely ignored. The hotel is in a great location, but the staff are unresponsive and seem more interested in keeping customers' money than in resolving legitimate complaints. Very disappointing experience.
