10.0The accommodation looked exactly like in the photos. It was spacious and well equipped. Entering the apartment was easy thanks to the electronic lock and the instructions from the owner. We were in contact with the owner about everything we needed. The kitchen was excellently equipped. The location is extremely good—about 10–15 minutes by car from the airport. For sightseeing, there are metro stations nearby, and you can easily walk to El Retiro Park. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is a supermarket close by. The heating worked perfectly, and the apartment was always warm. Even though it is on the ground floor, we had no issues regarding safety. Highly recommended!
− The sound insulation is not the best — you can hear water from the neighbors upstairs, although it didn’t bother us too much. There is a large patch of mold above the bed in one area, so there is a slight unpleasant smell.

Perfect accommodation in Madrid
10.0Great location in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. A well connected, calm residential area. There is a huge super market, a farmacy and a couple of restaurants very close by. The apartment is clean, very well equipped, the interior very cozy. The host was super responsive, very very kind and available at all times. Will definitely book this place for our next visit!
