− Pas de possibilité de déposer gratuitement les bagages avant l’heure d’arrivée , odeur d’humidité, un déshumidificateur serait indispensable pour lever l’odeur de moisi, présence de cafards.

A good place for a longer stay in a nice part of Tokyo.

The location was terrific for a longer stay. Te trains are close by and you can quickly get around to all parts of Tokyo. Probably not where you want to be for a short stay where you want to be in the center of things. There are also good stores and restaurants very close by.

− Others have mentioned it but we could not figure out how to turn on the heat for some cooler nights. The landlord also was impossible to get a hold of but the pre check-in emails and material in the apartment was very good. The only thing that was a major issue was that, to the best of my knowledge, we didn't receive the code to get the key. Thankfully we were able to guess it.

Location was decent with a short 7 min walk to metro on the yamanote line. Facilities in the apartment were really good, beds were comfortable, good internet, good toilet and bathtub. Washing machine with good coin laundry 5 mins walk. Convenience store and small supermarket 2 mins walk.

− The only problem with the apartment was the lack of adequate heating throughout the whole place. The heating was fine for the main bedroom/living area but left the hallway and bathroom areas freezing cold. The owner went and bought a heater for us as the apartment floor was freezing even after having the split system heater on full blast for hours. The new heater did make the place more comfortable but it was not an ideal fix for us with a 4 year and 8 month old as they constantly had to be watched so they did not burn themselves on the heater. I could not recommend staying here in winter time with very small children, unless the owner comes up with a better solution, as it was not very relaxing for us because of this issue. Other than that the place was great.
