− Appartement petit, vétuste dangereux par ces deux escaliers en colimaçon pas pratique salle de bain très petite manque de vaisselle mal chauffé n’avons pas profité de la terrasse, bruyant je ne le recommande pas du tout de plus j’ai essayé d’avoir une deuxième clé je n’ai jamais eu de réponse de l’agence.
Horrible staff - never more
4.0The checkin was a horror. First they told us that the appartment is free for us if we pay 50 EUR. 🤷♂️ We refused, of course. They storted our luggage. When we came back, they gave us the entrance cards and sent us to a completely different appartment. When we entered , we realized it Is a wrong one. After that they refused to pay the taxi to the correct appartment. It was a bussiness trip. We payed for luggage storage. They pocketed the money, but they have not given US a reciept till now.
