10.0Jacob was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. He provided clear directions to the property, making check-in effortless, and shared excellent local recommendations that helped us make the most of the area. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a portable Wi-Fi device, which was a fantastic bonus. Jacob was always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, the property was perfect, and the level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and Jacob as a host.

Good value and my understanding good space for Tokyo
7.0Good location with 10 min walk to train station that had good connections. Right a good neighbourhood with coffee shops, izakayas and the mandatory konbini
− It was dated and while right by a bus stop it wasn’t that close to Shinjuku and so felt like a bit of a trek back home sometimes
