− 一樓的住宿 街道晚上都有汽車經過 非常吵雜 影響睡眠 清潔人員打掃不用心 毛巾有髒污 還有頭髮 還有熱水供應情況不佳 洗冷水澡 雖然接待人員有提供協助 但住起來不是很滿意

− Lo único es que está en la primera plantar al lado de la calle y se escucha todo. Siempre parecía que alguien iba a entrar en el piso por el hecho de estar en le borde de la calle. Pero fue la única nota negativa

7.0Apartament curat, aproape de mijloacele de transport, confortabil, utilat pentru o sedere de cateva zile.
− Mult zgomot. Apartamentul este situat la strada(se intra din strada direct in apartament) si se aude orice miscare din strada, iar dimineata este un zgomot mare de la ridicatul pubelelor. Apa calda se termina destul de repede.

− La porte d’entrée est mal isolée ce qui laisse entrer le bruit, notamment des éboueurs ainsi que les passants.
Excellent apartment that’s well located and comfortable.
8.0The property is in a great location, well equipped with comfortable bed and good shower. The heating system worked well and it was warm: during a very cold spell in Madrid. The owner was also very communicative and helpful.
− There was often a lot of noise from upstairs neighbours, it sounded like a dance studio.
