7.0離車站很近，周邊環境安靜，走路2分鐘內有超商。室內設施充裕，微波爐、瓦斯爐、烤箱都非常實用，餐具充足。採光好，兩間房內都有暖氣，沙發床足夠容納2人，住4人沒問題，房門有緊急鑰匙
− 晾衣空間不足，沒有足夠的晾衣架，浴室狹小，浴室內部的置物空間不足，拿取沐浴用品不方便，建議可以設置衣些沐浴品類的置物架+毛巾等衣物架，住宿期間房門電子鎖密碼突然改變，導致被鎖在外面一陣子，好險管理方反應算快。
