Minor shortcomings were overridden with good customer service.
9.0Excellent location. Walkable distance to train station and city Center. Easy access to several restaurants, Seven Eleven etc. Coffee maker makes good Espresso. Management fills coffee beans, provide daily towels and water bottles. Kind and extremely courteous staff . Good customer service. Baggage hold provided. We requested a baggage hold for 7 days. Manager accepted our request readily . Easy check in and check out. Good AC. Laundry available with detergents and softener provided.
− Some tiles need to be replaced or fixed.

9.0兩年前第一次入住，今次是第二次，房間環境一向都是非常理想，空間十分大，浴室設備非常好，洗衣機及乾衣機容量非常大，很方便清洗衣服。第一次來的時候每天早上都有員工在大堂接待旅客，亦會提供小食和咖啡做早餐，與住客有很多交流。可惜今次入住的時候，已經沒有員工在早上接待旅行，缺少了溝通。有任何要求要經網上發訊息，還好，回覆得很快。
− 提一提，大堂的咖啡機無法使用。
