Location and connectivity via BUS, or even walking.

− The area might be a little bit spooky at night. Some neighbours were arguing at our arrival, and it made us fell a bit unsafe.

It wasn’t too big but nicely sized, smelled nice even though you kind of have to get used to the strong smell of the diffuser, area wasn’t to touristic, received help really quickly when I had problems finding the apartment, good water pressure, nice kitchen

− Sadly gravely overpriced, it’s still basically only one room and well yes close to the beach but still 15-20 min to the closest metro station / the old town. Staircase extremely narrow and apartment on the third floor so good luck with heavy suitcases. That I could have ignored, also that there wasn’t any toilet paper at first (they brought some in the first hour I was there). The whole building is tourist apartments only, which was to be expected. What I didn’t expect was the paper thin walls and the uninsulated windows, meaning it was quite cold at night (beginning of April). The balcony is french and therefore really not for relaxing (fair, it’s stated on the listing), also the street the apartment is located on isn’t the most pretty one, but still safe. The worst thing honestly was that the bathroom of the neighbor in the next building was located right behind my bed, so every night when he was washing up I could decipher every word he spoke, the water running was extremely loud (and honestly I‘m normally not that sensitive to noise), also he threw up two mornings in a row, which was a nice symphony to wake up to. The other tourists in the building consisted of a small family with small crying children and drunk french people who kept on screaming through the night and made a habit of slamming doors, knocking on basically every door and tried to enter my apartment whilst totally wasted at 2 in the morning. Didn’t really make me feel safe, as you might imagine. The street wasn’t too busy but you could still hear traffic, which was to be expected though. When checking out I was asked to take out the trash by myself, granted not a big task, but for this price I was expecting it to be part of the service. Honestly it’s just too expensive for what is being offered. I‘m traveling to Madrid next, the apartment is the same price but much bigger, much more central, more modern und 5 stars.

They helped us and gave us another apartment. So from that side, they reacted quickly, and the apartment is in a good location

− The bed broke when my girlfriend and I lay down, and they kept our deposit. Be careful, everything is very unstable and of poor quality. If you accidentally put your foot on the small table in the living room, the same thing might happen to you

Renovated apartment . Good location . Lodging service. Free oil, salt, pepper etc. well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed

− Very noisy. You can hear noise from street. From upper apartment, neighboring apartment,apartment below you. The flat is renovated however protection against noise is zero. We couldn’t sleep most of the night(4 nights in the row). Surroundings is kind of dirty, waste in the street.

Nice apartment, but probably not top of my list for a return visit.

Great location with easy access to the beaches and plethora of cafe and bars. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped.

− Didn't enjoy the many hidden costs during the booking process, and particularly annoyed with a €110 cleaning charge, but being asked to take my own rubbish out. Apartment was a bit noisy - both external noise and the noise from other apartments in the block.
