1.0− Me dejaron tirada a media hora de la entrada al alojamiento estando con dos menores. Querían que fuera yo quien cancelara en la aplicación y tuvimos que recurrir a Booking para encontrar algo Muy irresponsables

− Logement à fuir ! On se demandd comment ça continue à être proposé par Booking. Personne sur place. On vous fait attendre dehors pour vous faire payer des frais supplémentaires de check-in nocturne, alors que j'avais reçu un mail dès la réservation indiquant que je ne serais pas chargé pour ça. Dans les échanges que j'ai eu via whatsapp la personne au bout de la ligne a été exécrable, impossible d'avoir une facture depuis une semaine... bref, une catastrophe
