9.0La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. Adoro la zona di Chueca/Justicia! La stanza era molto pulita, fresca (importantissimo con questo caldo!), il letto molto comodo e soprattutto tutto molto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile alle nostre richieste e sempre risposto ai messaggi molto velocemente. Tutto ottimo.
− L'unica cosa che migliorerei sono le luci all'interno della stanza. Le uniche luci erano due lampadine sospese sul soffitto il che rendevano la stanza molto buia il pomeriggio e la sera ... essendo una stanza con esposizione interna al palazzo non ha molta luce naturale e quindi secondo me servirebbe aggiungere altre luci all'interno della stanza. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

7.0− El sistema de check -in no es nada flexible y no hay recepción y la comunicación es complicada . Que resulta abusivo hacer la entrada a las 16:00 y la salida a las 11:00 .

− En primer lugar, la habitación que mostraba al reservar no fue la recibida. Segundo, es incómodo que el baño esté separado en tres partes, no hay apenas privacidad. Las paredes son de cartón, podríamos escuchar respirar a los huéspedes de al lado.
