8.0Clean and new. Good price and easy access to water bus. Strong coffee at breakfast.
− Beds not as soft or comfortable as I thought based on reviews but ok for a few nights. No gym. Luggage storage is paid!

10.0Location is excellent for those visiting Venice and needing to travel by car. Very clean, decent breakfast, secure parking, and very nice staff.

7.0Neues Hotel, große Zimmer, man kommt relativ schnell in die Stadt
− Ziemlich hellhörig und das Frühstück ist bei dem Preis ein echter Witz: Nur knochenhartes Baguette aus Weißmehl oder alternativ Toast. Dafür süße Teilchen in Massen. Frisches Gemüse gibt es gar nicht und die Äpfel waren ungenießbar und verfault. Die Würstchen waren nicht mal lauwarm und für einen Latte Macchiatto soll man extra bezahlen. Bis Sachen aufgefüllt werden, dauert es ewig. Absolute Massenabfertigung!

3.0− Mauvaise organisation, service médiocre (verres de vin renversés sur les vêtements sans geste commercial, repas très cher et mauvais, nids de moustique au restaurant), chambre dont les travaux ne sont pas finis avec des contours de portes qui sont défaites.
