− 一樓較無隱私不適合開窗通風，分離式空調其中一部室內機稍有酸酸霉味。室內陳設與家具與網站照片略有不同。

8.0La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla metro, ai markets e ristoranti. La struttura era semplice ma accogliente e pulita. La strada tranquilla e silenziosa
− La cucina è poco attrezzata. Mancavano addirittura i bicchieri, che abbiamo dovuto acquistare. I letti un po' scomodi per dormirci in due. Diversamente da quanto mostrato nelle foto, c'era un solo divanetto (non due) nella zona giorno e gli arredi molto meno belli. In generale, appartamento ideale per 2 persone, meno comodo per 4 o più.

Great place, would book again.
10.0The house was spacious and comfortable. We had six large suitcases and everything fit perfectly. Since it was all on one floor, we didn’t have to carry bags upstairs. There was a subway station very close by, which made getting around super easy. We didn’t even need to walk to Ikebukuro Station because the closer one worked better for us—though Ikebukuro was also nearby.
