Overall Good stay but staff could have improved attitude
6.0We liked the location of the property, BTS and MRT was close. The view from the room was amazing
− We didn’t like behaviour of one of the staff, he was rude and not helpful and due to this single reason we will not come stay there again, it was unacceptable from his side.

− Reserve con el desayuno incluido y me dijeron que no lo estaba ,los demás beneficios que tenía el tipo de habitación de mi reserva , después de mucho quejarme el día de entrada me los incluyeron, pero no el desayuno que era lo más importante. Puse una queja en Booking por escrito y después de 6 días y vuelta a España aquí nadie ha solucionado ni ha dado contestacion al problema.
