3.0La ubicación, es muy buena, la el departamento tiene mucho potencial, pero la administración es muy mala
− LA administración es malísima, jamas responden los mensajes, estuve 3 dias sin poder salir del departamento por que no tenia los códigos de acceso de las puertas, por mas que se las pedi por los mensajes de Booking, whatsapp y correo electrónico, tuve que ir a la oficina de ellos para poder tener algún resultado, se les informo y se le enviaron fotos de que el televisor de la sala no funcionaba y ni siquiera se comunicaron para ir a verlo.

− ☠️⚠️NO CONTRATAR⚠️☠️ Apartamento con cerradura inteligente. Te mandan un enlace con un código que no funciona. Los teléfonos de atención al cliente tanto de FOR YOU RENTALS como de BOOKING, te atienden la IA y no tienes manera de entrar en el apartamento. He incluso hemos visto a muchos inquilinos durmiendo en los pasillos de los apartamentos sin poder abrir sus alquileres. Hemos visto fotos de otros usuarios y vaya tela.....el apartamento super descuidado. Bañera rota, pomos de puertas inexistente, espejos rotos, lámparas descolgadas, puertas de habitación sin pomo, enchufes rotos, un aparato para 5 personas con una mesa con 3 sillas, lugar muy ruidoso. En fin no recomendable, te ves en Madrid, en la calle.

5.0La posizione è meravigliosa ma l’host è stato terribile. Non capivamo come entrare in casa perché, preparatevi, riceverete un’e-mail con un link con il quale aprirete portone e porta dell’appartamento ma CON UN’APP ( a noi nessuno aveva detto di scaricare l’app) quindi siamo stati tre ore ad aspettare che ci rispondessero al telefono per capire come fare .
