Un sitio inmejorable para alojarse en Madrid por vacaciones o trabajo
10.0Excelente sitio, inmejorable ubicación, buen confort de la habitación con todo lo necesario para jan estancia de un mes. Buena atención al cliente Sitio muy recomendado
− Los tanques de basura a la entrada del edificio son pequeños para tantos habitaciones y a veces había que dejar la basura afuera. Pero al día siguiente estaba todo limpio

3.0La ubicación es excelente y el check-in/check-out fue muy sencillo. cama cómoda.
− Mi experiencia durante una estancia de tres meses estuvo llena de inconvenientes. Desde la llegada encontramos varios problemas básicos: la ducha estaba rota, el mando de la televisión funcionaba mal, una papelera estaba sucia y la sábana bajera de la habitación principal estaba rota. Además, para un alojamiento de larga estancia, el apartamento está muy poco equipado (muy pocas perchas, vasos y utensilios básicos). La gestión de incidencias también fue deficiente. Había mantenimientos frecuentes avisados con muy poca antelación, incluso cortes de agua sin previo aviso. También resultó imposible obtener una explicación clara sobre la recepción de paquetes; me aseguraban que el timbre no funcionaba, aunque el cartero llamaba a diario sin problemas. Lo más grave ocurrió cuando dos de los tres aires acondicionados dejaron de funcionar. Tras reportarlo, encontré a técnicos dentro del apartamento sin haber sido informada ni haber autorizado su entrada. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a un apartamento mucho más pequeño y tuvimos que hacer la mudanza nosotros mismos, pese a tener un bebé recién nacido y estar recuperándome de una cesárea. La atención al cliente fue poco resolutiva y dio la impresión de limitarse a seguir un guion sin intentar ayudar realmente. Para una estancia corta puede ser una opción aceptable por la ubicación, pero para largas estancias no lo recomendaría. El precio es excesivo para lo que ofrecen.
