− מקלחת קטנה מאוד ולא נוחה השירותים והמקלחת במפלס תחתון והחדרים במפלס עליון , מדרגות למפלס קטנות ומסוכנות קשה לעלות מזוודות

8.0L'emplacement proche d'une station ce qui permet de bien rayonner sur Tokyo et le quartier est très calme avec des restaurants sympa accessibles à pied pratique pour le soir

7.0Una casita en un barrio tranquilo y bien ubicada. Los dueños muy amables y en seguida respondían nuestras dudas.
− El baño es pequeño y la bañera muy alta. En una de las habitaciones se oía ruido de la calle que se podría evitar con ventanas de doble cristal.

8.0דירה שמתאימה למי שרוצה לשהות ליד אחד מבתי החבד של טוקיו שנמצא במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה מהדירה. הדירה עצמה מותאמת למי ששומר שבת, מפתח רגיל, אפשרות לנתק את השירותים מהחשמל. הדירה במרחק של 6-7 דק' הליכה מתחנת הרכבת השכונתית. הדירה מצויידת כמו שצריך במטבחון מלאי מגבות וכו'...
− חדר האמבטיה קטן ובחורף די קר בו. הדירה עצמה לא מבודדת מקור, כנראה זו הבניה היפנית המסורתית, אבל יש מזגנים לחימום הדירה. היינו בנובמבר.
