− L'ascensore non funzionava, sei piani a piedi con le borse, malissimo. Siamo arrivati domenica mattina, nel pomeriggio l'ascensore si è bloccato. L'abbiamo fatto presente subito ma quando abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento il giovedì era ancora guasto. Una vergogna

− We were very disappointed with our experience at this property. The most serious issue occurred when the property's cleaner threw away nearly all of our groceries and household supplies that had been stored in the refrigerator. Before the cleaning, we specifically informed the agent that these items belonged to us. The agent even took photographs of the refrigerator contents and assured us that the cleaner would be instructed not to touch them. Despite this, the cleaner discarded everything. The agent initially admitted the mistake and offered either to replace the items or reimburse us. We estimated the value at approximately €75–€100. However, they later demanded original grocery receipts and stated they would only offer €30 without them. In the end, they did not reimburse us at all. Communication was equally disappointing. After we raised the issue and several other concerns, the property management largely stopped responding. Instead of working toward a resolution, they allowed our stay to run its course until checkout, leaving us with no opportunity to resolve the matter before we had to leave for our flight. The apartment also lacked several basic amenities that we would expect for a two-bedroom property costing approximately €570. There were no blankets upon arrival, no electric kettle, no broom for basic cleaning, and the bathtub drain did not function properly. When we requested blankets, we were told we would have to pay the transportation cost to have them delivered, and when we asked for a kettle, we were advised to boil water in cooking pots. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication, inadequate customer service, missing basic amenities, and the complete failure to take responsibility for damage caused by the property's own cleaning staff. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property.

nous déconseillons cet appartement cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent tant soit peu cuisiner. 3 petites cuillères, pas de plat creux, même pas de saladier.......... un rouleau de papier H pour quatre. Peut mieux faire.

Posizione ottima terrazza che guarda veramente la Sagrada,bella zona dove trovi tutti i negozi di cui uno ha bisogno,fermata metro e pulman vicina,tutte le comodità io viaggiavo con mio marito e un bimbo di 11 anni
