Esta bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, tiene dos estaciones cerca lo que facilita un mejor desplazamiento a diferentes lugares, tiene cerca supermercados y restaurantes, Esta equipado con lo necesario, en general es limpio y cómodo. Contestan rápido a las inquietudes que se presentan y eso es positivo, son amables.

− Dejar instrucciones más claras de como llegar y donde encontrar las llaves, ya que se nos dificultó el ingreso y tardamos alrededor de 1 hora entre buscar el lugar y las llaves. Recomendaciones: ajustar la tapa del baño ya que se suelta y tener un tapete al lado del baño.

Quiet neighbourhood, great location, but poorly equipped kitchen

Perfect location for us; halfway between Kagurazaka and Shinjuku, with easy access to both the Tozai and Oedo lines. The residential area is very quiet at night. The flat was reasonably clean overall, though some mould was accumulating under the bathroom sink and along the shower handrail —> worth a look.

− The kitchen is poorly equipped: one frying pan but no saucepan, no coffee maker, no kitchen paper. The main room feels very tiny: the two double beds take up most of the floor space, which works well for a family with children but would be a squeeze for four adults. The beds were too soft for our liking, but this is highly subjective. The photos are noticeably brighter 😎 than the flat actually is; not a dealbreaker for us, but worth setting expectations. The bathroom sink was fully clogged and unusable. The mosquito net in the kitchen was non-functional —> both need fixing.
